Terms & Conditions of Rental.....
1. How to make a Booking
To make a booking your party leader must read these conditions. The person who signs or submits the booking form does so on behalf of all members of the party and binds them jointly to these terms and conditions. When you ask us to confirm your booking we will reserve Casa Katrin for the dates that you have requested and confirm your reservation. Payment can be made in £ Pounds Sterling or in Euros.
2. Initial Deposit
At the time of booking you will be ask to pay the deposit into our account which will be found in our Payment & Pricing Tab, unless otherwise arranged. For a one week booking a deposit of £250 is required; a two week booking a deposit of £500 is required. This payment is your only commitment until 40 days prior to your holiday commences. If guest wish to pay in euros this will be calculated at current bank rate.
3. Payment of Balance
The balance of your vacation must be paid at least 40 days before commencement of your holiday. Please ensure that this payment is made within that time otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case you could be liable to pay us the cancellation charges detailed below. If you arrange a late booking within 40 days of your holiday commencing, full payment would be required on booking.

5. Insurance Requirements
Holiday and Travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you
and all members of your party be suitably insured.
6. Party Size
At no time must any more persons occupy Casa Katrin than stated on your booking form, except with prior agreement. Property owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
7. Problems with Casa Katrin
If you have any problems during your stay, immediately contact our Management team who will then endeavour to rectify the problem. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.
8. Occupancy
Your accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure. The Management team needs this time to prepare the accommodation properly for the next incoming guests. However, if circumstances permit these times may be varied and this must be pre-arranged.
9. Breakages & Damages
These must be reported to our Management team. We fully understand that items may be broken e.g. glasses etc. and if these can be replaced with similar items this will not affect your deposit. If larger items are broken or damaged you will be expected to pay for them in full.
10. Property Standards
During your stay the property has to be maintained so you will have the pool man and gardener coming to Casa Katrin to carry out this work. Please remember that Casa Katrin is the owners' home and please treat the villa with the respect that you would expect yourself. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if we find this necessary and this money will be taken from your security deposit.
11.Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside Casa Katrin. Smoking is allowed outside the villa but please dispose of cigarette ends in a tidy and responsible way as Fire is a hazard in the summer months in Spain.
12.Parking
Please park in front of the garage off the road.
13. Safety
Please note that tiled and marble floors are very slippery when wet. Take extra care walking on them with wet feet if you have come from the swimming pool or shower. Children must be supervised at all times when using the Swimming Pool.
On arrival please familiarise yourselves with the layout of the property and identify any potential hazards and take extra care.
14. Safe
You will find a safe in Casa Katrin for your valuables. We cannot accept responsibility for loss under any circumstances.
15. Included in Costs
All linen provided for your stay.
Towels except towels for the swimming pool and beach.
All water, gas and electricity.
Free internet access.
